Plum Wine
The Plum Wine is our special brewing with Wakayama plum. The essence extracted from the plum with fine sugar is put under fermentation process by wine yeast.
The Plum Wine of Heiwa Shuzou is from very ripened plum same used in the Ume-Shu. Because of this, you feel just a plum in its wine taste.
While it has red wine color, you may drink it like a little sweet white-wine. Please take this on your dinner table with family and friends, and enjoy its smooth taste.
