How to Enjoy Ume-Shu
Do you like sweet drink, or sour drink? Do you like light alcoholic drink, or heavy alcoholic drink? I t depends on personal preferences.
The first advice by brewery is; you shall try the Ume-Shu straight to know if you like the brand you have. So far, it is nice? If it is just fit with you, please take it straight. If you feel it a little thick, please try it ‘on rock ice.’ If too thick, it’s the way of Ume-Shu and water. If you have another way to make it just your best fit, it shall also be nice.
Ume-Shu and soda water is also tasty and recommendable as like sparkling-wine-touch.
