AIR with PLUM(UME) and PEACH
What is your sweet-smelling of Japanese Ume（梅）, Plum in English?
If you know Japanese Umeboshi（梅干）, it might be so. If you know Japanese Beefsteak plant（紫蘇）, it might be so.
In botanical classification, Ume belongs to same group of Rose, and is very near to the group of Peach as well. When it becomes fully ripe, perhaps every one can hardly distinguish the sweet-smelling of Ume from the one of peach.
This sweet-smelling airs our brewhouses of Ume-shu in the Ume season.
